Im not sure what everyone else is talking about you can easily submit a new claim in the app. Just wish there was a bit more claim history then it would get 5 stars!
This app does exactly what it says. Pretty basic but perfect for quickly submitting a claim or seeing my claims history. As said by others simply click on menu and you can submit a claim.
Downloaded the app and submitted a claim quickly and easily, didnt have to wait until I got to my home computer. Well done Manulife - I will promote this app to my coworkers.
Everything needed is there, the onoy reason I give it only 4 stars is because there is no English version. Hoping they get that fixed soon!
Not sure why other reviews state you cannot submit a claim... Because you can. Convenient app but room for improvement. Entering in the date of the claim could be made easier. Ability to view HCSA and benefits card would be nice.
Not sure why so many people complain. I have no issues and have been using this app for a while! Very useful and easy to use.

Some bad moments

Absolutely useless app if you cannot submit a claim on your iPhone 5s.
Not sure why I would download the app when it is identical to the mobile site. Immensely disappointing.
App is basically a mobile version of the website. App badly needs an update so things load faster and the interface matches the rest of the os. Also, wallet support for the insurance card is a must.
Just enough to see your claims. Bad advertising! The app description says we can send claims through the app. I first downloaded the app a year agi and hasnt improved since. Very simple, too simple.
It would be great if I could manage both mine and my husbands account from this app instead of just mine
Downloaded this for the Submit Claim function. None to be found. Not sure why its advertised in such a way.
