Absolutely useless app if you cannot submit a claim on your iPhone 5s.

Not sure why I would download the app when it is identical to the mobile site. Immensely disappointing.

App is basically a mobile version of the website. App badly needs an update so things load faster and the interface matches the rest of the os. Also, wallet support for the insurance card is a must.

Just enough to see your claims. Bad advertising! The app description says we can send claims through the app. I first downloaded the app a year agi and hasnt improved since. Very simple, too simple.

No "submit a claim" button? Isnt that the point?

It would be great if I could manage both mine and my husbands account from this app instead of just mine

Downloaded this for the Submit Claim function. None to be found. Not sure why its advertised in such a way.

Application doesnt open...looks like a joke

Not sure what these other reviewers are saying but submit a claim is there tap on the menu item bozos. I submitted a claim and it worked fine. Needs to show more claims history though.

Im not sure what everyone else is talking about you can easily submit a new claim in the app. Just wish there was a bit more claim history then it would get 5 stars!

No way to submit a claim. Sorry for everyone saying you can, but I go to Menu and it gives me two options: "view claims" or "log out".

Had the app for one da and have yet to get passed the sign in. Every time I hit login, it loads for about 2 minutes then an error message comes up saying the app is having technical difficulties. Finally submitted a claim worked fine. Went to submit a drug claim and cant do it online only therapists etc.

This app does exactly what it says. Pretty basic but perfect for quickly submitting a claim or seeing my claims history. As said by others simply click on menu and you can submit a claim.

Should be able to function same as web. No HCSA and no elec version of health/drug card. Disappointed after using my secondary insurance app- its even better than web version

Look at other insurance companies! More and more allow using submit claim with photos. Just snap a picture of a medical bill and send. Why have an up that doest make life any easier ??

Simply a wrapper for the mobile site. Seemingly no functionality beyond the mobile site so is there really a point to this app? Ill just continue using 1Password to access the site.

No response on the main screen titled Mobile Site Access, it is just blank and doesnt do anything for me.

Yeah great app, downloaded it because i saw adv regarding submitting claim on cell.... No can do....
