Not very good

Only shows recent transactions. Submit claim isnt in the app. Would be nice if it gave notifications on claim status

Terrible

App wont let me login with proper credentials that I tried typing very carefully numerous time. Also no phone support on the weekend either.

Nice app

Downloaded the app and submitted a claim quickly and easily, didnt have to wait until I got to my home computer. Well done Manulife - I will promote this app to my coworkers.

Almost perfect!

Everything needed is there, the onoy reason I give it only 4 stars is because there is no English version. Hoping they get that fixed soon!

Cannot Submit

You cannot get past the select provider button. Doesnt work. Who could program this and not make sure it works? Fire your programmers.

Quick and easy

Not sure why other reviews state you cannot submit a claim... Because you can. Convenient app but room for improvement. Entering in the date of the claim could be made easier. Ability to view HCSA and benefits card would be nice.

Terrible app

Absolutely useless, nothing in the submit claim works. Major improvements needed on the app, will be deleting.

Outdated app of the year

I am very disappointed to use this app. This app is age old compared to sun life group benefits app. Sun life app should be a good reference point to start with creating a new app. No plan details. No usage details. I am deleted this app to save some space on my iPhone

Not sure why so many people complain. I have no issues and have been using this app for a while! Very useful and easy to use.

You had one job to do!

This app is just the mobile site, which is not compatible with any form of Safari. The drop down menus dont work. Completely useless. If I could give this app zero stars I would.

Terrible app

First off, this app is still not optimized for the latest iOS. Gives me an idea how much Manulife developers bother to update the thing. Theyre lightyears behind Sun Lifes app. Second, why is there no way to view balances? There is also no way of giving special instructions for claims, unlike on the desktop browser page. So, whats the use?

Could be better

Good for basic functions such as submitting a claim and viewing recent claims. Thats about it. Not as good as the Blue Cross app where you could view your coverage and how much you have used up/remaining. When that feature is added here, I will give a 5-star rating.

Works fine

The app works just like the website - I was logged in and submitted two claims in under 5 minutes. No issues for me.

Not Useful

Most of the time it wont let me login. When it does, there is no helpful information. I would like to see my benefit limits, and how much of them I have used. I would like to see my HCSA balance, my benefits booklet, and submit my wifes claims as well. Instead, I must call for benefits coverages, go online for HCSA balance, and Mail my wifes receipts to hem to claim it. I had Great West Life before and their app was brilliant. This one is useless. Also, it hasnt ever been updated since 2014 v. 1.0

Cant submit a claim

Great that youll have a mobile app, but you cant even submit a claim. The select service provider button does not work on the mobile app or through online servicing ! Terrible service. I miss standard life :(

Nothing works for Apple products

Website doesnt work on Chrome or Firefox, App doesnt work for iPhone. Terrible.

Ok app but...

I recommend Touch ID to log in and The ability to take a picture of the receipt and submit along with the claim. If its good enough for the banks for depositing cheques it should be good enough for a health claim. It should resolve issues with lost receipts and reduce the need for audits.

Mobile app needs a redesign

Its not user friendly and has very limited functions. You need to log in many times if you are on the mobile app then have to switch over to the full site to access information. When you are using the app (log in once) and switched to the full site (log in twice) to look up coverage, then it takes you back to mobile app to make a claim. If you need to look up previous claim details which is on the full site, you need to log in again (third time). When you are looking up a drug coverage on the full site, it took you back to mobile and you need to log in (fourth time) if you need to contact Manulife for a question.
