Technical difficulties

Had the app for one da and have yet to get passed the sign in. Every time I hit login, it loads for about 2 minutes then an error message comes up saying the app is having technical difficulties. Finally submitted a claim worked fine. Went to submit a drug claim and cant do it online only therapists etc.
